Fawns of Love is the
California based husband and wife duo Jenny and Joseph Andreotti. Although
Fawns of Love is a brand new project (DOB: summer 2016), the two have been
playing music together for well over a decade – and it shows. Their dreamy sound
carries a naturalness and warmth with it that is rare indeed.
“Girls” is a
shimmery slice of dream pop perfection, merging a lo-fi aesthetic with excellent
guitar work, glittering textures and angelic vocals. When fused with the
gorgeous imagery in the new video, the result is quite spectacular. Considering
this is what Fawns of Love is bringing to the table straight out of the gate
(they’ve only released a total of two songs so far), we’re feeling very
enthusiastic about their inevitably brilliant future.
