PART TIME PUNKS SHOEGAZE FESTIVAL
SUNDAY, JUNE 24, 2012 at The Echoplex (all day, all ages).
An 11-band bill is split fairly evenly between classic Shoegaze bands of the early/mid 1990s, the new wave of Shoegaze bands (aka Newgaze) and Synthgaze, the futuristic hybrid bands fusing Shoegaze textures with electronic music.
At the top of the bill is Mark Gardener from RIDE, who has put together a special set of RIDE tracks which he will be performing with SKY PARADE as his backing band to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of RIDE's 2nd LP, Going Blank Again!!
