New single “She & She” from Tokyo, Japan’s taffy has premiered
on Bearded, and an upcoming full length titled Deep Dark Creep Love is slated
for release on Club AC30 on July 5th,
2019. A touch of growl in the bass serves to anchor the song's sparkling
gossamer layers and to propel it through a perfect pop structure topped
by a melody so floral you can almost smell its sweetness. We interviewed Iris of taffy in conjunction with the release of 2017 LP Nyctophilia.
